Fred is the best tattoo artist in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He can do anything from cover ups, to one of a kind tattoos, black and white etc. He is always personable and he always has great conversation when your in his chair. He is always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. When people see my tattoos they always ask me who did them because they are so nice. And I always refer them to Fred.
